Headed to the beach for Moonset yoga! a nice slow cool yin practice to start the day. Added bonus, today the Full moon will set over the water here in southwest Florida at around 8:30. the light of the sun will be coming through, the energy around is so powerful. all I can feel is gratitude in this place, in the space, this moment in time.
