How to Open a Coconut

The easiest way I have found to open a coconut, with minimal tools.

Tools:

Hammer

Large bowl

Able body

You can open any age coconut in this manner. When they're younger you will just have to be a little more gentle because the inner coconut can easily be cracked open. So keep your bowl nearby!
